Commonly used This phenomenon occurs in both brown and light pink colors, but is especially obvious in dark colors. Because it is made of cotton yarn and chemical fiber, production is relatively difficult. At present, only Japan and South Korea have relatively mature production technologies.

The single-sided part is generally reinforced with spandex to prevent curling, and its width is generally 4 to 6 cm, which can also be determined according to design requirements. The single-sided effect can be reflected in ordinary sliding racks, jacquard sliding racks, mirror racks, and jacquard mesh, but all require unique machines. The single side can be made into a single side or a double side. Generally, the price of a double side is slightly higher than that of a single side.

Elastic mesh is generally used in trousers, girdle inner patches and bra stretchers. It is characterized by good tightening force, good breathability and average spandex content. Between 13% and 15%, the weight is generally between 180 and 200 g/m. In addition, there are also reinforced and dense meshes, and the spandex content can reach more than 30%.

When the spandex content is more than 20%, it can be used as a stand alone: Those with a spandex content of less than 20% are made into briefs or double-layered. Warp knitting: Single-sided warp knitting is characterized by being thin, soft, smooth, and glossy. Its ingredients include pure polyester and pure nylon, and are suitable for bras and petticoats.
Double-sided warp knitting
Double-sided warp knitting generally has a larger weight. Mainly made of polyester, used for the surface fabric of molded cup bras. With low price and good fastness, it is an optional fabric for low-priced mold cups.
Spandex cotton
Cotton has good quality and moderate elasticity, and is used in increasing amounts in underwear. The shrinkage rate in both the warp and weft directions is 5% and is mostly used for the top fabric of molded cup bras, underwear, home underwear, etc.

Currently, it is made of superfine fiber, so its fabric feels soft and has good elasticity. However, one of its shortcomings is that there is a mark in the middle of the fabric that cannot be eliminated from beginning to end, and the fabric is highly retractable and the size is unstable. Therefore, the cloth should be relaxed for 48 hours before pulling, and it needs to be looser when pulling. If you are making products with relatively large cutting pieces, you need to test the fabric, provide shrinkage data, and make appropriate adjustments (grading) according to the fabric conditions. In addition, since the shrinkage of the fabric will reduce the available quantity, it is necessary to increase the loss when calculating the order time or when setting the material. When setting the material, an additional 3% loss is required. It is mostly used to make girls’ bra top fabrics, underwear, suspenders, pajamas, etc.
Polar fleece
