MDY-type hydraulic cotton baler adjustment and use

(1) No-load adjustment
(1) Turn on the power and jog each motor. Start the button and check the rotation direction of the motor, which must be consistent with the direction of each oil pump (Be sure to disconnect the inclined axis pump coupling before the main motor is tried to rotate, and then connect it after the direction is determined).
(2) When the motor is stopped, check that the operation of each cylinder controlled by each solenoid valve is correct.
(3) Check that the signals controlled by each proximity switch are correct.
(4) Start each oil pump motor and adjust each pressure valve within the specified range.
(5) Set the pressure value set by each pressure relay respectively.
(2) Adjustment of leisure components
1. Height of the suitcase
The height of the suitcase is generally 5~8mm, which is the distance between the bottom plane of the cotton box turntable and the base, the end face of the M24 bolt on the flat iron on the top of the suitcase cylinder The gap between the end face of the plunger of the suitcase cylinder is 5 to 8 mm.
2. Cotton hooking device
When the cotton hooking device is in the pre-pressing working position, the cotton claw plate should extend into the box, that is, the distance between the tooth end and the inner wall plane of the cotton box is 65mm; when it is in the pressing and bale working position position, the cotton hooking device must be opened, and the tooth end of the cotton claw plate and the box plate must not be in contact. When the rotating box is in place, due to the action of the bevel of the cotton picking block, the push rod is pushed upward to open the cotton hooking device. .
3. Unboxing height
The unboxing (i.e., upward movement) of the cotton box is controlled by the unboxing oil cylinder. The unboxing height, that is, the distance between the lower plane of the cotton box and the iron surface of the turntable bar should be 940~970mm. , adjust the distance between the proximity switch SQ5 located on the inside of the left station column and the proximity block on the outside of the lower box of the cotton box to adjust the unboxing height.
4. Top pressure cylinder
First install the top pressure plate and guide rod of the top pressure cylinder. When the piston of the top-pressing cylinder is in place, the proximity switch SQ2 above the beam and the proximity block on the guide rod are used to set the advance position (that is, the compression height is 485 to 500mm); the retraction position is about 80mm above the mouth of the cotton box (with sampling When the knife is 130mm), it is controlled by SQ4 to set the position.
5. Preloading cylinder
Adjust the guide wheels at each location to automatically engage with the guide rod and baffle. The stroke position of the preloading cylinder is set by the proximity switch and proximity block, and the working position is controlled by SQ8 Control, the work retraction position is controlled by SQ7, the pedal positioning is controlled by SQ12, SQ9 controls the transfer of fast forward to work forward, and SQ28 is the pre-pressure work retraction deceleration.
6. Cotton feeding cylinder
The working stroke of the piston of the cotton feeding cylinder is set by the proximity switch. The work advance position is controlled by SQ15, the work retreat position is controlled by SQ13, and the cotton feeder advance and retreat are controlled by the pre-pressure cylinder proximity switch. The SQ7 and SQ8 signaling controls on the rack and the advance and retreat of the pre-pressure work work according to the prescribed rhythm. SQ14 decelerates the advance and deceleration of the cotton feeder.
7. Turning the box
When the turning box is in place, the SQ19 and SQ20 settings are controlled. After SQ21 sends a signal, the motor runs at low frequency to make the automatic car stop smoothly in place. Please refer to the variable frequency motor instruction manual for specific adjustments.
(3) Precautions
(1) The voltage should be 350~400V.
(2) The electrical components and wiring in the electrical box and control panel must not be removed or changed at will, and the box door must be closed and locked.
(3) Each proximity switch and proximity block must not change their positions arbitrarily.
(4) Any changes to the hydraulic components on the fuel tank, especially the adjustment handles, are strictly prohibited.
(5) The oil temperature should be controlled below 50°C, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
(6) New equipment needs to filter the hydraulic oil once every 2 to 3 weeks of continuous use. During filtration, the fuel tank must be thoroughly cleaned; when filling oil, it must be filtered with a mesh of more than 120 mesh.
(7) The pressure relay used for measurement should be appropriately adjusted according to the weight of the cotton bale, but it must be the responsibility of a designated person.
(8) Preloading, top pressing and unboxing can only be done after the box is accurately positioned.
(9) After threading, pay attention to check the iron wire and wrapping cloth to avoid hanging bags.
(10) No one is allowed to enter the restricted area when the box transfer, package receiving trolley, and package pusher are working.
(11) Pre-pressing work is suitable for loose fibers to be carried out continuously and evenly. Large pieces of compressed fibers must not be loaded into the hopper to avoid jamming and affecting normal work.
(12) When troubleshooting the unboxing cylinder, it must be “unboxed up and down” multiple times to eliminate the air in the rodless cavity before “turning the box”.
(13) When an abnormal situation occurs, you can move the status switch of the baler to the “manual” position, or press the “PLC stop” button. However, it should be noted that the status switch cannot stop the operation of the conveyor belt.
