MDY-type hydraulic cotton baler structure and function

(1) Overall machine structure
MDY-400 baler consists of four major parts: hydraulic station, electrical control device, main engine and auxiliary engine. Figure 12-2 is a simple structural diagram of the baler.
(1) The hydraulic station is the main power source of the baler, providing pressure oil for each hydraulic cylinder of the baler. It is divided into two parts: the host hydraulic station and the bale-receiving trolley hydraulic station. The host hydraulic station is divided into two sets of main and auxiliary oil tanks, and the two oil tanks are connected by connecting pipes.
The main fuel tank is top-sealed and has an effective volume of 2700L. The electric motor, pump and valves are all installed on the top of the tank.
The structure of the auxiliary fuel tank is similar to that of the main fuel tank, and the effective volume of the fuel tank is 2100L.
The total power of the host hydraulic station is 75kW, and the total flow is about 1000L/min.

and realizes the monitoring of the entire working condition of the baler. At the same time, the operation buttons and touch screen are concentrated on the control panel, and the main circuit is arranged in the electrical box, making the system more reliable.

The execution (or function) devices of the host part include cotton feeding and pre-(stepping) pressing devices, top pressing devices, unboxing cylinders, cotton boxes and turntables, box lifting mechanisms, box rotating mechanisms, positioning devices, cotton hooking devices, It consists of a walking platform and a package delivery cylinder.
(4) The auxiliary parts include package receiving trolleys, package pushers, package setters, weighing mechanisms, conveyor belts and other components. These auxiliary machines have filled the gap in the country, improved the production efficiency of the baler, reduced the labor intensity, and realized automated production except for threading buckles.
(2) The structure and function of each execution (or function) device
(1) The cotton feeding device consists of a frame, a cotton feeding cylinder, a cotton pushing plate, etc. The cotton feeding device is connected to the cotton dripping channel, and its function is to continuously push the material flowing down the cotton dripping channel to the cotton box mouth.
(2) The pre-pressure (step-up) device consists of a pre-pressure cylinder, a step plate, a baffle and other parts. Its main function is to step the material into the cotton box for pre-compression. Another function of the pre-pressure device is to block the material coming down the cotton path when the box is turned.
(3) The pressing device consists of the main cylinder assembly, pressing plate, stroke rod, etc. Its function is to compress and compact loose fiber materials and bundle them into packages. The main oil cylinder adopts dual cylinders installed in parallel, and the two piston rods move simultaneously to complete the compression and packaging function. This structure is the first time that this structure is adopted in domestic balers.
(4) The function of the unpacking cylinder is to realize the lifting (overall unpacking) and lowering (cotton box resetting) of the cotton box.
(5) The function of the cotton box is to contain materials and cooperate with the main oil cylinder to compress and densify the materials. The turntable part is composed of turntable, cotton box guide post, connecting seat and other components. Its main function is to carry cotton boxes.
(6) The box lifting mechanism consists of a box lifting cylinder, a lifting base, a lifting rod, a pole iron, etc. Its function is to raise the cotton box and the turntable, creating the necessary conditions for the cotton box to realize station change.
(7) The rotating box mechanism consists of a cycloidal pinwheel reducer (with a motor) and a rotating box sprocket installed under the turntable. When the box lifting mechanism lifts the cotton box and the turntable, it drives the cotton box and the turntable. Coil rotates around the center column.
(8) The positioning device consists of positioning pins, positioning seats and positioning plates installed at both ends of the turntable. It ensures that the cotton box can be accurately positioned when the work station is changed.
(9) The cotton hooking device consists of a cotton hooking device, a tension spring, a hook bucket and a bumper block. The cotton hooker is installed on the cotton box, and its function is to block the material and prevent it from overflowing the box mouth.
(10) The walkway consists of railings, supporting channel steel, pedals, ladders, blind doors, etc. Its main function is to provide a work surface above the baler.
(11) The outgoing oil cylinder is located on the main pressure side of the base. After the materials are bundled into packages, the package discharging cylinder pushes the movable iron bar on the turntable to push the materials onto the table of the package receiving truck.
(12) The package receiving trolley is composed of a trolley body, a trolley table, a table lifting cylinder and a hydraulic device. Its function is to accept the materials that have been packaged, and then transport them to the front end of the package pushing arm of the package pusher.
(13) The bag pusher consists of a shelf, a bag pushing beam, a bag pushing arm, etc. Its function is to push the packaged materials on the trolley table to the electronic scale for weighing.
(14) Packing device: Packing device is not used when producing parcels. When producing bare bags, a packaging bag is placed at the rear end of the bag setter, and the bag pusher pushes the bare bags into the bag.
(15) The weighing mechanism consists of an electronic scale and an electronic scale frame.
(16) The function of the conveyor belt is to transport the weighed and sewn-wrapped packages of materials to the door of the packaging workshop, where they will be transported away by the package truck.
