A. Cutting bed plus cutting:

 a. Laundered: 2% additional cut for more than 3,000 pieces, 3% additional cut for less than 3,000 pieces.

b. Unwashable: 1% additional cut for more than 3,000 pieces, 1.5% additional cut for less than 3,000 pieces.

B. Fabric consumption loss:

a. Cotton. Nylon. T/C, paper plus 1.5%.

b. Add 3% to knitting, mesh, fleece, sea tiger, etc.

c. Add 2% to all PU, transparent PVC, etc.

d. Add 3% to 600# soft cotton and needle cotton

e. Add 4% to soft and hard cotton above 800#

C. Loss of auxiliary materials:

 a. Bumping nails/eyelets/I-shaped buttons/adhesive paper/boxing tape, etc., add 1.5% for more than 3,000 pieces, and 3% for less than 3,000 pieces.

b. For mesh stickers/ribbons/cotton ropes/ten-foot ropes, etc., 1% will be added for more than 3,000 pieces, and 2% will be added for less than 3,000 pieces.

c. Rope/bell clock/buckle/D-shaped buckle/copper ring/hanger/leather tag/plastic tag/copy paper, etc., add 0.5% for more than 3,000 pieces, and 1.5% for less than 3,000 pieces.

 d. Zippers/beef cotton ropes/glue buttons/glue melons, etc., add 0.8% for more than 3,000 pieces, and 1.5% for less than 3,000 pieces.

e. Marks/hanging cards/plastic bags/stickers, etc., add 0.5% for more than 3,000 pieces, and 1% for less than 3,000 pieces.

 f. For all thread types, 5% will be added for more than 3,000 pieces, and 8% will be added for less than 3,000 pieces.

The above losses should be appropriately changed according to the actual situation. If there are many colors/sizes, the losses should be appropriately increased. For orders with too large quantities, the losses should be reduced appropriately!
