This result is an industry-university-research project jointly conducted by Jihua 3502 Company and Tianjin University of Technology. In 2009, it was listed as a scientific research and development plan project in Shijiazhuang City. In June 2010, all research models were partially completed and put into practical use in daily production; in July, project acceptance and results verification were carried out, and the overall technology has reached the international leading level in similar research.
This function solves the problems of traditional manual cutting such as heavy workload, low efficiency, inaccuracy, waste of materials, and inability to archive materials, and improves the efficiency of CAM use. The project includes two parts: “Cutting bed separation plan optimization system” and “Cutting path optimization and simulation system”. The “cutting and bed separation plan optimization system” uses a computer platform to formulate a cutting and bed separation plan according to the production plan and optimize the combination under the constraints of fabric utilization rate, working hours, material supply, etc., and transmits the optimized cutting plan to the CAM operator Or crop the organizer to improve the calculation speed and accuracy of cropping beds. The “Cutting Path Optimization and Simulation System” can perform dynamic cutting simulation on the layout before formal cutting, and solve the quality problems that may appear in the layout, such as the uniform size of the cutting pieces, the accuracy of adding values for special parts, and the performance of the samples. Issues such as overlapping and whether the starting cutting point is reasonable can be identified in advance, errors in layout can be discovered in advance, and layout can be corrected in a timely manner. You can also calculate the CAM knife drop position based on the layout chart, optimize the cutting path, reduce the empty distance of the computer cutting bed during the work process, improve work efficiency, reduce equipment wear, and waste materials and labor costs.
