Types of heat transfer printing: High-temperature heat transfer product features: all use environmentally friendly thermosetting inks from the United States, which have obvious concave and convex three-dimensional effects, good pattern effects, and are soft and elastic after heat transfer; Specifications of heat transfer film: 39 *54, 44*60, 48*64cm; Thermal transfer temperature: 110-130℃; Thermal transfer time: 5 seconds; Tear-off method: hot tear; Scope of application: widely used in children’s clothing, T-shirts, POLO shirts, Pajamas, etc., and can also be applied to bags, shoes, hats, toys, etc., which is the choice for export and high-end products; low-temperature heat transfer is mainly used for nylon cloth and artificial leather, such as elastic sportswear, swimsuits, down jackets, sports shoes, leather Gloves etc.

The pattern effect after ironing is the same as that of high-temperature heat transfer. Used for stretch clothing, with excellent elasticity effect. Product features of flocked heat transfer film: It has a wide range of uses and can usually be used for clothing trademarks, knitted children’s clothing, etc. It feels good and has an obvious three-dimensional feeling of flocking, and can be matched with multiple colors. It is soft, elastic and has strong adhesion after ironing.

Heat transfer film specifications: 39*54cm; Tear-off method: cold tear; Heat transfer temperature: 150℃; Heat transfer time: 8s; Heat transfer pressure: 4-5kg; Scope of application: cotton, blended fabrics , such as competition wear, children’s clothing, high-end brands, etc.; transparent foam heat transfer is mainly used for cotton, chemical fiber sweaters, woolen sweaters, jeans, etc.

The main features are that it penetrates into the fabric, has good air permeability, the foamed part has a strong three-dimensional effect and a good convex texture, it feels soft after ironing and has strong adhesion. My experience with heat transfer printing clothes. I have been running around in T-shirt printing factories for the past few days, and every time I come back half exhausted~~~ But fortunately, I have finally gained something.

This is the first time I came into close contact with the production and printing process~~~ This is a pattern printed for a friend’s company department. Because the number of pieces is relatively large and I am very particular about colors, I personally went to the factory to adjust the pattern with the master. Color, the process is arduous, because it may take a long time to adjust a little color, then proof it, and then print it on the clothes~~ But fortunately, the master is very patient and does not abandon me~ I always feel that I need to follow up with my customers. There are many uncontrollable factors in printing, but these factors will always destroy my brain to a greater or lesser extent:

1. Make the manuscript on the computer and color match the color for the client: This is an uncontrollable step, because computer displays are different, so the colors the client sees may not be the same as what I produce. SO This may lead to dissatisfaction among some more picky customers.

2. Send the final draft to the factory for drawing: This is the second step that is uncontrollable. Because of different printer brands and inks, the resulting drawings may be slightly different from the computer draft. You can’t control how the printer prints out the results, so you can only make adjustments in the design. That day, I made countless adjustments in the computer to produce pictures with colors similar to those displayed on the computer. The printers in the factory were very huge, and they were really not comparable to ordinary small printers. . . .

3. Transfer the printed image to the clothes: This is the third step that I feel is uncontrollable (but it is also a step that changes the color slightly). Because you need to use a heat transfer machine to iron the printed pictures onto the clothes, but the color change will only become slightly darker based on the original color~~~ These are drawings that are constantly debugged and proofed (this is just a small part of them) Parts, many of which are printed on T-shirts) This is the effect after tearing off the film~~It is quite bright when printed, but because there is a layer of film, it is not so bright after printing.

White T-shirts are printed in mirror images, so when printed on the clothes, they will be in the right direction.

PS: I feel that there are pros and cons for both large printing presses and small printing presses (I don’t know if it is also related to thermal transfer paper): Large printing presses for producing pictures: Pros: The combination of pictures and clothes is very good, and it is easy to use There are no cracks even if you pull it by hand.

Disadvantages: The color of the printed pattern is not as bright as the computer display, but the color value is still very similar, but it feels like a frosted film has been added to the final effect. Small printing press produces pictures: Pro: The color of the picture comes out brighter. Disadvantages: The combination of pictures and clothes is not very good. There will be obvious cracks when pulling. Some printed pictures have poor elasticity and breathability. The above are the results of my personal experience. There is no praise or criticism, just because of this I have printed several of the clothes in the picture~~~~ So the above opinions only represent my personal opinions. If I am wrong, I hope you can correct me! !
