1. Cleaning methods and procedures: Everyone should place dirty work clothes in the designated place according to the specified time.
Work clothes are cleaned in different areas according to their cleanliness levels or workshops. Work clothes must be cleaned in batches, and the amount of laundry each time should not exceed 2/3 of the laundry capacity. For some dirty work clothes, the laundry workers must rub them by hand before they can be washed in the washing machine. Put the dirty work clothes into the washing machine, add an appropriate amount of washing powder, and cover the top cover of the washing machine. Turn on the power, turn on the faucet, turn on the machine, set the washing program, and start washing. After the first dehydration and refilling with water, lift the top cover of the washing machine, add 1 bottle (500ml) of Lysol (cresol soap) solution, continue rinsing twice, and then dehydrate and spin dry. Unplug the power plug after use, turn off the tap, and hang the drain hose on the hook on the side of the washing machine. After the clothes are washed and dried, they must be sent to the clothes drying room to dry. Fold neatly, and if there is any damage, repair it (the same cloth should be used for repair). Cleaning and drying of work shoes are carried out in the hall downstairs. Work shoes should be soaked in washing powder for 30 minutes according to their cleanliness level. The laundry workers will scrub the inside and outside with a brush and rinse them with water.
2. Cleaning cycle and storage location
Work clothes in the general area include yellow work clothes, white coats, and dark work clothes. The laundry room and clothes drying room are located in the hall downstairs. Work clothes in this area are usually changed and washed once a week. After five shifts every week, everyone will put the dirty work clothes in the designated place. Because some people use work clothes less and their work clothes are cleaner, the cleaning interval can be appropriately extended. Under special circumstances, seriously soiled work clothes should be washed at any time. Janitors collected dirty work clothes and washed them Monday morning. The cleaning cycle of work shoes is the same as that of work clothes. They can be used after washing and drying. Clean work clothes are promptly returned to the general area locker room on the second floor for storage.
Laundry rooms and clothes drying rooms are located in corresponding areas of each workshop. The work clothes in this area are changed and washed twice a week. Everyone will put the dirty work clothes they have changed into at the designated place after every Tuesday and fifth shift. Under special circumstances, seriously soiled work clothes should be washed at any time. Cleaners spent the morning on Wednesday collecting dirty work clothes and washing them. After washing the work shoes, soak them in 5% Lysol for 10 minutes, dry them before use.
Laundry rooms and clothes drying rooms are located in corresponding areas of each workshop. The work clothes in this area are changed and washed once every shift. After the shift, everyone will put the dirty work clothes in the designated place. After the cleaners go to work, they collect the dirty work clothes from the previous shift and clean them. The iron box is sent to the double-door steam sterilization box at a pressure and temperature of 0.14Mpa. Sterilize at 121±2℃ for 1 hour. The sterilized sterile clothing can be taken out of the 10,000-level area for use after it cools down. During this period, the door of the steam sterilization box facing the general area is not allowed to be opened. The double doors of the steam sterilization box are strictly prohibited from opening in opposite directions.
3. Things to note:
During the washing process, do not open the top cover of the washing machine at will or put your hands into the washing tub. Do not open the top cover of the washing machine during dehydration, otherwise the washing machine will automatically stop and affect the washing process. Always remove the water inlet pipe from the washing machine and clean the debris on the filter in the water inlet valve with a brush. The inner wall of the drain pipe will also be stained with a lot of stains and scale. Check its cleanliness regularly and clean it with a brush in time. It is strictly prohibited to pile objects on top of the washing machine. The laundry room and clothes drying room must be kept clean and dry, the faucets must not leak, and the floor drains must be clean and unobstructed.
