After this reaches the client, and determines the style, fabric, and price between our customers, in order to cooperate in all aspects, a cooperation contract is signed.
Order production (general use cycle is 20 working days)
This step is very important. When receiving customer order requirements, according to our intelligent order system, we will uniformly provide customers with Production to order. This process is man-machine cooperation to ensure that the order process is foolproof.
The factory can arrange production after receiving orders. Intelligent production lines and advanced clothing design and processing technology and equipment have greatly improved the accuracy in the development process of work clothes customization. At the same time, we are also in the process of tailoring. , sewing and measuring tape, etc., will conduct secondary re-inspections to ensure the rationality of relevant data.
The intelligent chemical clothing production workshop will find matching fabrics according to customer order requirements and send them to the cutting workshop. After the cutting is completed, they will be sent to the next production link completely by the assembly line equipment, and the entire process is intelligent.
Testing and packaging (1-2 working days)
Inspection is a second re-inspection of the customer’s work clothes after the order agricultural production work is completed, especially like suits , it is necessary to analyze and compare multiple sets of data repeatedly through repeated measurements, random inspections by the system, and the introduction of data technology into the intelligent control system to draw the following conclusions. Only when the pass rate reaches 100% will we unify the production line packaging.
