1. Fabric material
When choosing a T-shirt for daily wear, the first thing is to look at the fabric. The most common T-shirt fabric Roughly include: pure cotton, polyester, cotton and fiber blends
①. Pure cotton fabric is more comfortable and skin-friendly, has good moisture absorption, heat dissipation and air permeability, but it is easy to wrinkle and absorb dust. The acid resistance is not good;

④. There are also flax, acrylic, silk, etc. The former fabric is prone to wrinkles, and it has its own strands when worn. It has an antique flavor and is not very beautiful when used on T-shirts. The latter has poor ventilation and permeability, is easily deformed and generates static electricity, and silk is too close-fitting to be used as pajamas. Modal is also a man-made fiber that easily collapses and is not suitable for T-shirts worn alone;
It is recommended that T-shirt fabrics for daily wear in summer should be combed cotton fabrics with a certain weight, or blended ones such as cotton + spandex, cotton + Modal, for example, about 95% combed cotton + 5% others; sports T-shirt fabrics can be made of polyester fiber.

Shrinkage Due to the characteristics of the fabric, generally pure cotton T-shirts will have a shrinkage of 3% in the first wash (affected by the material and weave/combed cotton (It’s better), so when buying pure cotton clothes, you don’t need to ask whether it will shrink. If it doesn’t shrink, it may be that you bought a fake cotton T-shirt…
It can be said that floating wool, floating color and shrinkage are three characteristics of cotton fabrics, 99% of them will have them, and they have nothing to do with price. Generally It is a normal phenomenon to appear in the early stage and will decrease/disappear with the number of wearing and washing.
2. Gram weight/count
①. Gram weight (g) does not refer to the weight of a piece of clothing, but refers to the weight per square meter The weight of rice fabric, don’t be stupid and buy the clothes and weigh them, and then go to the boss and tell them that the weight of your T-shirt is wrong….
The gram weight can also be understood as the thickness of the clothes. The higher the gram weight of the fabric, the thicker the clothes. On the contrary, the lower the gram weight, the thinner and too thin. I will reveal the details later↓

②. Count (S)
The count is represented by the yarn According to this formula, the higher the count, the higher the yarn count.The finer the fabric, the softer and lighter the fabric is. The common count of T-shirts is between 18 and 50. Higher count is usually used for formal shirts or woolen suit fabrics.
About the weight and count of summer T-shirts, the higher the better, because the T-shirts with high weight are too thick and can easily feel stuffy when worn. If the thread count is too high, too soft and light, it will show spots and not be washable (for example, although the 160g/40-count is softer and more comfortable, it is definitely not as washable and durable as the 250g/32-count, but the latter is not as comfortable and light as the former).
It is recommended to choose 160~200g/count 30~40 as a base layer for outer wear For single wear, choose 200~300g/count 20~36.
3. Fabric technology
T-shirts commonly have two processes: plain and brushed:
