The details are as follows:

1. Theme of the competition

Lead the cultural atmosphere, create quality tourism, and show the style of the industry.

2. Time and location

Time: early December 2011.

3. Organizational structure

Sponsored by the Municipal Tourism Bureau, it is independently undertaken by the Chongqing Tourism Education and Training Center and the Hotel Branch of the Municipal Tourism Association.

In order to ensure the successful conclusion of the event, a competition organizing committee has been set up. IV. Competition items, methods and basic requirements

(1) Business attire clothing design display in tourist hotels

1. Job classification

2. Method

(1) T-stage catwalk competition: Participating hotel companies will carry out their own newly designed and manufactured professional attire, and organize their employees to conduct on-site catwalks (the number of people will be controlled between 6-20 people) (within), fully demonstrating the characteristics of the company’s clothing.

(2) Characteristics explanation: While conducting the on-site catwalk competition, participating companies should conduct on-site explanations on the design style, cultural concepts, fashion characteristics, application benefits, etc. of business attire.

3. Requirements

(1) The hotel must have more than five categories participating at the same time, which must include the hotel’s senior managers and front lobby welcome attire.

 (2) The competition methods mainly include:

First, the design concepts and cultural creativity of professional clothing and apparel should be based on Chinese elements and humanistic concerns, focusing on technology, culture, and creativity. Reflect corporate culture, local national characteristics, and regional characteristics; have a refreshing aesthetic feeling and perfect structural form; have a distinct fashion cultural atmosphere and individual style; the clothing and accessories are well matched, creative and novel, and the expression techniques are similar and consistent with the craftsmanship Requirements; stick closely to the theme and conform to the characteristics of clothing types; have a strong sense of series and close connections between sets. No restrictions on men’s and women’s clothing. The second is the stage display and arrangement of clothing; the third is clothing manufacturing technology, craftsmanship and fabrics. (3) Time: Each participating unit must complete its presentation within 8 minutes.

(2) Tourist hotel service situation drama performance

1. The sitcom should be self-created, and the method should be based on unexpected events in hotel service, focusing on showing excellent service and personalized service cases.

 2. Time: Each participating unit completes the performance within 5-7 minutes.

 3. Number of participants: The number of participants for each participating unit shall be no less than 3.

5. Recommendation of players and submission of materials

(1) Recommendation method

Each district and county tourism bureau shall organize the preliminary selection of tourist star hotel companies within its jurisdiction, and recommend excellent ones The hotel enterprise team participated in the city’s finals. Six. Scoring method and its standards

(1) Scoring method

7. Punishment and Sanctions

The event organizing committee will take disciplinary action against the units that perform well in this competition.

(1) The tourist hotel clothing design exhibition competition has 1 gold medal, 3 silver medals, and 6 bronze medals; there are also four individual awards: image award, creativity award, fashion award, and achievement award; Several merit awards.

(2) There will be 1 gold medal, 2 silver medals and 3 bronze medals in the tourist hotel service sitcom performance competition; there will be several excellence awards.

Eight. Requirements

(1) All district and county (autonomous county) tourism bureaus and four-star or above hotels must fully understand the importance of this event, actively organize and participate, plan in advance, and carefully Do a good job in all tasks of the competition to ensure the success of the event.
