It was actually just a part-time job similar to an internship, but the interview went through several rounds. Because I saw such an recruitment message on the Internet, I recently sent a resume when I was free. What I was happy about was that the resume was prepared long ago. I have always felt that opportunities always come to those who are prepared.
The first oral interview was at Xiuyu Black Tea House, with the department manager. I don’t like this person very much. He talks too skillfully and is annoying. Sometimes, you can’t express your interest in a person, but the reality is right in front of you. The exchange lasted for more than an hour, which was very fast and I talked a lot. Maybe I just held it in for a long time, or maybe I happened to be interested in things like pre-employment training. Pre-employment training in China is a very chaotic market. You don’t know how deep it is. The way to understand an industry is to find a professional company in this industry. Of course, this is just my opinion.
There are many ways to participate in this project. Of course, you can kill three birds with one stone: complete a professional internship, establish relationships with training companies to lay the foundation for the future development of the Sunshine Human Resources Service Center, and thirdly, pay more attention to your own rights. If I apply to study abroad, the director of a foreign company Letters of recommendation are very helpful.
Although it is a Japanese-funded company, I have been thinking about whether to go, maybe because of old grudges. I really can’t bear this.
I still got the opportunity to meet with the director. In fact, this is not a difficult job, provided you submit your resume, but there should be not many people doing this job. Many people think that such things are trivial to talk about. In fact, even if you have no intention of doing this job, interviewing with some people who have rich social experience is a good way to learn, and I have also benefited greatly.
I received a phone call the day before yesterday. The interview time was 9:45. Wear formal attire. I’m not sure why the part-time interview is so strict and formal. At first, I still had to believe in the discipline of Japanese companies. It’s worth mentioning that since I don’t have business attire, I really want to borrow one from my classmates because I don’t want to spend the money on business attire. >Often a hefty price. It’s a pity that most of the people I asked said “no”, which once again triggered my reflection. In fact, we are all a group of children who have not prepared in advance. When you are about to enter the workplace, a resume (not to mention Chinese and English resumes for the time being), professional attire, and professional makeup skills are all necessary, but how many people realize it. In the real workplace, it is not necessarily who is better than who, but who is more prepared than who.
I borrowed a pair of high heels, which were a bit too big for me and were not comfortable for the whole day. I spent money to buy a pair on the way back for current use. I spent four to five hundred to get a job. Finding a job is a very expensive thing, but the benefits are uncertain! Fortunately, my father agreed to reimburse me, great family!
The interview with the director was in a relatively small room. There were some training concepts and education strategies posted on the wall. There was only a small table in the middle. We sat face to face and it took 40 minutes. , this was a very pleasant chat, and what pleased me was his words in the middle of the sentence, “You have good talents and a good temperament.” I felt a little more confident in my heart. I visited the company at that time, and what I clearly felt was the Japanese concept of talent and talent concept, which has a long-term vision. In this regard, the Chinese are still twenty years away.
After entering, I took photos inside and sent them to my parents. I want to share them with my parents as I grow. Actually, when I wear business attire, it looks like that!
